She holds dual degrees in Psychology and Business from the Pennsylvania State University, along with a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership at a global organization and a legal foundation, Jessica brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational development and contracts to the foundation.

Her personal journey took a pivotal turn in 2025 when her daughter, Ella, was diagnosed with DLG4 SHINE. This life-changing moment inspired Jessica to become deeply involved with the DLG4 SHINE Foundation. As a board member, she is committed to advancing research, raising awareness, and driving fundraising efforts to support children and families impacted by this rare condition.
