Danielle Shiv is mom to toddler Ari, who was diagnosed with a DLG4 mutation in September 2025. She is driven to use her skills as a strategic fundraising consultant to find the funding required to treat all children with SHINE.

Danielle lives in New York City with her son. In between taking Ari to different interventions, Danielle can be found running through Battery Park or decompressing with a dirty martini.
